Mr. I Komang Adi Setiawan appointed to serve as the Company's Commissioner based on  the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders April, 2010.  He was Bachelor of Industrial Engineering Pelita Harapan University, and Lemhannas Reguler Education Program and also have participated Lemhannas Reguler Education Program (PPRA) LV (2016). Mr. I Komang Adi Setiawan currently as Commissioner of PT Sembilan Tiga Perdana, and PT Indo Kurnia Mineral. In addition, he served as Director PT Kaltim Mineral (Coal mine located in Wahao, East Kutai - Central Kalimantan 2014 - present), Director CV Kutai Kumala Energy (Coal mine located in Loa Kulu Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan 2007-2023), and Director at PT Nusantara Sarana Telekomunikasi 2004-2009.

Mr. Ir. Suci Haryanto appointed to serve as the Company's Commissioner based on the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders July, 2023. He was Bachelor of Engineering from  Institut Teknologi Bandung University majoring Geological Engineering. Mr. Ir. Suci Haryanto currently as Commissioner of PT Sembilan Tiga Perdana, PT Indo Kurnia Mineral, Director of PT Kaltim Mineral, PT Tambang Mulia, PT Jaya Mineral, and as a Senior Geologist of PT Para Sejati Mineral, they are included by PSM/NER Group. Previously, worked as a Project Geologist at  PT Baramulti Group (Coal Exploration in the South Kalimantan and East Kalimantan regions in 1993 - 1994), and PT Petrosea (Detailed exploration of the East Kalimantan region for IUP PT. Santan Batubara in 1994-1996). And also, as General Manager of Exploration at PT. Kobexindo,(Coal Exploration in the East Kalimantan and South Sumatera regions 1996-2008), 

Mr. Lukman Hakim appointed to serve as the Company's President Director based on the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders July, 2023. He was Bachelor of Law from Diponogoro University (2004). Mr. Lukman Hakim currently as President Director at PT Sembilan Tiga Perdana, and PT Indo Kurnia Mineral, Commissioner at PT Kaltim Mineral (Coal mine located in Wahao, East Kutai - East Kalimantan 2014 - present), Director at PT Para Sejati Mineral/PT Natural Energy Resources (2007 - present), and has served as Commissioner at PT Nusantara Sarana Telekomunikasi (2004-2009)

Mr. Yandi Setiawan appointed to serve as the Company's Commissioner based on the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders November, 2021. He was Bachelor of Economics from Tarumanagara University major of Accounting. Mr. Yandi Setiawan currently as Director PT Sembilan Tiga Perdana, and PT Indo Kurnia Mineral, and as President Director PT Banyu Samudra Senja. His career began as Assistant Manager from Ernst and Young (2007-2013). Have extensive experiences over 17 years of being in charge of finance, accounting and tax services.

Mr. Abdul Haris appointed to serve as the Company's Director based on the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders September, 2019. He was Bachelor of Law . Mr. Abdul Haris currently served as Branch Director of PT Sembilan Tiga Perdana, as the Director of PT Banyu Senja Samudra, and PT Kurnia Kalimantan.
